Why it is not a good idea to....


....skip a meal on purpose/or even avoid the food you are craving for or even 'diet'(where alot of youngsters defined 'diet' as skipping their meal or not eating anything at all...)...................from my observation........and i'm not saying it's not scientifically proven because i dont know, it is just MY observation/personal experience.......;p


first....simply because...your stomach will haunt you later...by giving you problem such as gastric....and making noises(during meeting/dating/etc) to embarass you(some people feel that it's embarrassing...dunno y)...plus u will feel weak all day longg(it is that time where u will hallucinate about food) ahaha....

...Ur sense of smells will double or maybe triple its sensitivity....which makes everything smells super nice(foods/drinks only)...and your brain will tell you over and over to eat something...and then you find urself searching for food in the fridge....and then you decided to eat a little....just to taste....but then u realise that u are super hungry...u decided to eat a lil' bit more...and u ended up eating more than the usual portion of food ...maybe twice as much....and then u feel guilty....


ORRrrr.......you are craving for pizza....BigMac Burger + icecold coke maybe...maybe both.....but u are trying to 'DIET'....and u dont eat the whole day.....because yesterday u've eaten all kind of foods during your cousin wedding (BUFFET-style: eat as much as you can)...u probably feel going for 2nd round is too too much....so u feel guilty about it....U decided to eat nothing because you are feeling so bloated.....you survive the first day...by not eating anything....and then come tomorrow....you do the same thing again....you feel wonderful because your stomach somehow feel much lighter than the last time...and when u look at the mirror ...u feel that ur stomach is slightly flatter....:))lol....and then u feel better....and it's TIME TO EAT....and then u find yourself listing foods that u want to eat tomorrow....of course fastfoods are in the list......and then u pigout for both pizza and MCD.....hahhaa.....and then come tomorrow....here comes pizza and MCD again....or maybe a glass of ice blended mocha for the reward.....and then u feel guilty.....and the cycle go round and round.....
UNLESSS....U are very motivated(which even if u succeed...U will have to face gastric later...if u dont know how to eat healthily...)...u wont succeed....


Thats y it is not a good idea to skip meals on purpose/or even skip the food you are craving for or even diet(where youngster nowadays defined it as not eating anything at all...)...


The keypoint is.....Balance....eat slowly...taste your food properly....no need to rush...eat enough...no more, no less....dont wait to eat something until u crave for it....just eat the food already....small portion remember....balance...

p.s. it might not works for everybody...but it works for me...for now....and for those who are overweight....You have to slowly cutting down your intake of food...just so that you can adjust the gas(scientific name..owh no...i have no idea...but the gas will digest the food inside your stomach...anything...just google)...so that u wont be suffering from gastric(i think so...haha)....
