Have I ever told you I love gardening as much as i love music...i love gardening since the day I helped my mom to plant some flower bedding outside the kitchen when i was mmm 10? surprisingly they keep on living until few years ago...not counting (when they are forcefully digged out) ha ha ...

yeayy...i love to watch the plant keep on living....and when the first bud came out....the feeling is indescribable...and if the flower is blooming beautifully...i am like a proud mommaa...

buttt....so farr...i feel like everything is not at the right track....so no gardening....

I love cooking even though I hate doing it EVERY SINGLE DAY....by force...this is more about my egoistic nature....

I love arts...but no...i wont do it everyday and not great at it either...thats why i think i am more to appreciate-arts kind of person.....

Yeay I love INTERNET...It is like my personal educator....my personal friend....my dictionary...almost my everything....

no need to mention i end up surfing on the net all day long....like there is no tomorrow.....

I should name him/it like a real person....

Well of course I love alot more thingsss...sometimes i thought i dont have interest in anything at all(and that really freaks me out)...

so this is my post to remind myself i do love alot of things....

My Christmas in the year of 2010

I love December, it always has been one of my favorite month of the year...

Went back at the 23rd night and reached KK only at midnight...fetch by my dad and my mom and also Jo'el...we reached home sweet home very late after we'd taken our supper at Fohsang...so everyone, already asleep at home especially the kids..so only get to meet everybody on Christmas Eve...

This year we have extra table..so more people can dine together in one table...one long table..

Food prepared by us sisters, mom, cousins and aunt...some were bought by my mom and my dad...


I messed up with my dishes...i made cupcakes and corn soup....ha! ha!
I was supposed to make bigger cupcakes...and design them however i like it....but....since tidak cukup ongkoss...segalanya berantakan sih.....huhu....

my lovely cousins, Neta and Nicole... my mom's youngest brother's daughter and my dad's youngest sister's daughter....one of them is the youngest in the family and the other one eldest in the family....ok la...that is not necessery...

Time to open our presents....this year...we focused more to the children and the grown-up had an exchange gift instead...and i didnt feel sad getting less present than last year...ha ha...because seriouslyy...ongkos babe...

Back at home...I used to be one of the cook...and Oh U have no idea how I despise cooking...even to think about cooking makes me sick and tired...oo u know y...i dont know how to cook so...i cannot just cook fried eggs or maggie soup aka sup tarajun whenever its my turn...org kata x kretiviti langsung...


And now, after watching too many cooking show...I can say I lurrvveee cooking...but of course I believe this is just a temporary mood....because once im back to the kitchen i will hate it all over again...I just hate to think and plan what to cook especially when i cannot cook what i want to...its just frustrating...and all I can cook is...*sigh* the same recipe over and over again...but if u ask a pro..the chef with the big white head...I will say...they will always come out with a new recipe...Neway, these are the people who makes me drooling ~,~ every time watching them working in the kitchen....

What I love about him is that...he justttt love using lotsa lotsa lotsssa herbs and spices in whatever he is cookinggg....and lotttssa cheeseeeeessss.....yummiliciousss..

& i just cannot help but to wait for his unconscious reactions, if u really observe every movement he made, u 'll notice him scratchin' his head or diggin' his ear with his finger while marinating the poultry or whatever he's doing....but u dont see that alot anymore with his new show...haha..too badd..

OOOooo and I love his garden....soooo cute...=)

i would have thought ♥ Michael Smith ♥ is some famous musician with that curly hair and veryyy handsome voice of him...haha...who doesnt love a man who can prepare great breakfast and dinner right?U should see his house....sooo niceeee...on a hill near the ocean....what an amazing place....And he have a pantry full of dried spices and herbs....like some sort of spices and herbs library...OOO i like that very muchhh^.^...

Kimchi! Kimchi!

Just now i didnt hv any idea of what to blog, but overheard my mom's conversation with the sis in KL...So there ive got an idea...hahah

Just few days ago...my dad bought a few containers of Kimchi, if im not mistaken it cost about rm9 each...and it only last 1-2 days...and dad always buy 3-4 containers of Kimchi so it cost rm36 every time... Since my dad love it so much...he managed to get the recipe from the Kimchi seller...or maybe when u buy a Kimchi they will give the recipe...who knows...

since mom infected with red eyes..dad asked JK to make it..so i helped JK lor...when it comes to new recipe, i am excited to learn, as long as they dont force me i will always willing to do...ermm not really la...

we didnt follow the exact recipe...but it taste really good...one more thing to be proud of... So here's the pictures...forgot to take pictures while we're in the process of making the Kimchi...=b

This was actually my second attempt of baking cake...and i failed, and felt very much like a failure since I was only baking an INSTANT CAKE....I didnt start from scratch...not because I didnt know how to...but I didnt have the time....because the chocolate moist cake was supposed to be Ramone's birthday cake....and we only managed to placed the cake on the table for ramone to blow the candles at 12 midnight or maybe slightly over 12...hehe...oopss...this was all the whip cream fault....ahahha ...whip cream pula kna tuduh...

The ingrediets...2 boxes of INSTANT 'super moist Chocolate Cake', eggs, and butter, Milk/plain water, Vannilla flavour(optional)...

baked at 180 degree celcius for 45 minutes....

the cakes turned out fine....

Now the whipcream...this was when i was doing it all wrong....

I used 4 cups of whipping cream and 24 ounces of chocolate( shreded/chips), and heated with the lowest heat...i waited and waited and waited....but the cream never thicken....

I know whipping cream is supposed to be whipped first....but HEY i followed the instruction.....I FOLLOWED EXACTLY WHAT MARTHA STEWART Instructed....but i failed....There must be something wrong right? OH whatever.....maybe i use a different chocolate instead of using NESTLE Chocolate chips....

mmm...the cake was nice...but I only ate a piece of cake because it wass tooo sweet...but believe me It was nice....NICE....hahah...

We blew the candles by ourselves....we were kind of being stood up by our BIG BRO...he never show up on his birthday...because he said "I DONT CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY"....huh....so we sang and recorded it and sent it to him through 'sound message'....

The deco at the side of the cake is JK's idea...to make it looks more presentable.... haha...


My first attempt was a few years ago...I actually steamed marble cake(START FROM SCRATCH!)...but it was a failure as well because it didnt really came out as a Marble cake...not really...but it was a nice not-really-a-marble-cake cake...quite nice ...oh did i tell u, me and clara did try to make cookies before too(START FROM SCRATCH!)...last last last Christmas...which i don't remember what year of Christmas...and U know what.....keras la mau pengsan....but the taste was there...quite nice you know...eatable cookies....next time we try again...it will be YUMMY....and in no time..people will queing up on our doorstep to buy our cookies...dont tell me i cannot do it...I can....haha... what a daydream...

A day after...JK baked a carrot cake...with LK and my help a little here and there...the topping not a success though either(done by JK and Nicole)...but for first timer without any guidance from someone who really have the skill, they deserve a compliment....
.....me and Nicole baked a 150g Carrot Cake(START FROM SCRATCH!)...nice....but without frosting...
and the next day....JK LK me and Nicole baked a carrot cake(actually done by JK) and a pumpkin+carrot(pumpkin+carrot was JK's idea) not-really-muffin-like muffin ....one of the best...with a successful Vanilla topping.....
